Philadelphia?? I'll go for a Pat's cheese steak instead! Or better yet, a Tony Luke's (that's the one in Citizen Banks Park, right?)

    "Is it Frank's? Thanks"
    I believe was the slogan.

Never drank the stuff, but you'd see bands and people from the clubs there getting something to eat after we were done the gig.

Don't bother. Do it right and go to Joe's (formerly Chink's). THE best cheesesteak in the city, bar none.

Pat's is a touristy waste of time and Tony Luke's is well on their way (now that he's become a pseudo food celebrity the quality of his food is down... and only bother with the original on Oregon Ave., none of the other locations is worth bothering with).

Others to avoid: Geno's (see Pat's), Jim's (HORRIBLE), Campo's (very skimpy and very expensive).

Trivia note: Michael Kelly Smith is a vegetarian, so when he takes his big bite of the dog he's holding his hand just right so you can't tell it's just a bun. :)
