I have clear favorites in this list. But before I cull the herd, I want to make sure I am evaluating each pedal according to its intended design.

    Cheers,
    McE

Thanks, Matt. I should have expected TGP Members would encourage my bad behavior. :D

I have not had the chance to play 90% of that list yet, It looks like the "List od pedals I want to try before I die" list. :) Rock On! And can I come over and play? :) LOL

Crap! you got a lot of gear. Shame on you! :AOK

i see a couple wierd things... Klon Tim and Timmy aren't really TS pedals, while the Zendrive is. At least i don't think they are.... anybody else have an enlightening comment?

big muff can be high gain distortion, but its known as its own classic circuit (same goes for the Hotcake). The Eternity (and hotcake) are large range od's bordering from fuzz to clean boost, so they are in a similar vein... "ranged OD's". Not the same circuits, but same wide-range of uses.

Distortion + and Rat are high gain distortion..

Thanks, Bulldog! I just have an inordinate amount of dirt pedals but I did go crazy. I've updated the list per your comments.

No problem... I wish I could afford to try all of those out!

Ive never tried any of the BJFE pedals and have wanted to since I first heard about them. The EDGM is suppose to be an amazing one. Same for the Honey Bee. We can't own them all though... as sad as that is.

The BJFE pedals are awesome! The EDGM and HB are definately on the Keepers List. The cool thing about the EDGM is how it compresses with an early attack. The HB is pure vibe and unique.

Hey how would you compare the EGDM and the DRD? Are they stacking well together? Is it useful to have both pedals on your board or is there a lot of redundancy?

Oh and love your collection though! Very impressive!

Thanks, El Salvador! The DRD hasn't arrived from PinkStrat yet. But I've been looking forward to comparing it to the EGDM. I didn't think about stacking them together but that could be fun.
