Hello mates, when I play through my ep booster v2 that is set to unity gain on the tail of the notes I hear a rattling low frequency, while the guitar plugged directly to the amp (fender BDRI) remains totally clean. All cables and tubes are ok, maybe the power supply? any advice? Thanks.

Seems like a power supply issue to me.
Residual parasitic AC current coming from your electrical outlet. (which has a 50Hz frequency, which is indeed a audible low frequency)

EP Booster added lows to my ear (with several different guitars and amps). Part of why I ditched it.

And the added lows (or fullness in my mind) is why I fell in love with it. :)

However what you're describing is something like ghost notes or something...

Tried a battery yet? That might help narrow down the problem!

Many thanks for the help, I am very excited about the ep booster eq and I really dig low frequencies! I think at this point I need at least a better power supply than One Spot daisy chain.
