1. The Gear Page is run by musicians for musicians. We listen, we learn and if we misstep we are not afraid to do the right thing. We proposed some changes to the Emporiums. Based on feedback from members, we have decided to not go ahead with those changes. However, it has also highlighted that we need some community input into what is working and what is not working for members here. Primarily focused on the Emporiums, we'd like input on your thoughts about TGP and how things work in the Emporiums for you and how you'd improve them. The discussion thread on the is here!

Yup... So many badass Funkadelic guitarists: Hazel, Hampton, Shider, Goins, Catfish, Bykowski, etc.

Yup, he's awesome. Super Stupid is my favorite Funkadelic song and he does a hell of a job playing and singing on it IMO.

Everyone loves Eddie Hazel.... or doesn't know it yet.

Agreed, Super Stupid is one of my fav P-Funk tunes and a great example of cranked Marshall/Strat/wah tone.

Yes, everyone loves Eddie Hazel....and don't forget he wasn't just a great rock lead guitarist, he was a also a great R&B rhythm guitarist. Don't forget this one he did w/ Billy Nelson on the Tempts

Eddie is the best Funkadelic guitarist. Should be on the rolling stone Top 100 thing for sure.

Eddie is amazing, and probably my biggest influence as far as who I sound most like.

He's great. Also, his choice in guitars was so interesting. I've seen the guy play with Tele's and I've seen him play with a BC Rich Bich. Awesome.
