I just got a Zoom H4 and decided to make a quick recording. It's a first take with plenty of mistakes. The guitar is my Fender Hot Rod 62 Strat with Fralin Vintage Hots and a Steel Pole 43 in the bridge. I also used a ZVEX Box of Rock, a TREX Replica and a London Fuzz.

    Better stuff to come....

Very nice. I have the same PuPs in my Strat. Been wanting to play a Germino for awhile, but the local dealer sells them as fast as he gets them in.

So how do you like the Zoom recorder? I was thinking of getting one. Can yo use external mikes as well? How did you set up the zoom to record your Germino?

I just unboxed it last night and this was my first attempt. So far, so good. It will take 2 external mikes.
