Posting Clips...

    ...OK, I've done a search and can't find anything. So, for us computer dumb people how do you post clips? I have a song on my Protools/Digi 002 studio setup (a complete session). How do I get it to the Member Soundclips forum on The Gear Page? It will be a fairly large file. Thanks!

    You have to upload it to the web and then post a link. MP3lizard and soundclick are a couple free hosting sites that I know of.

    You'll want to mixdown your protools project to an mp3 before posting it on the net. Most folks will want to stream or download an mp3, rather than downloading a big wav file which will take too long.

    Once it's in MP3 form, if you need a place to host, I'll be glad to do that for you.

    Soundclick is a free option, as well.
