Right now i currently use the wall wart for my timefactor, but I have a BBE supacharger mounted under my board.

I've read a couple threads sying that the Eventide factor pedals only really use 350ma... so would I be able to use a current doubler(or whatever its called) on two ports (5 & 6) to power my timefactor?

Yes, a current doubler into taps 5 & 6 will sufficiently power the Timefactor. You will need the RED cable into the current doubler though.
