I'm trying to make finding chords and their key tones around the neck second nature..... but i still have to think while playing.. I was wondering if anyone had any good backing tracks or songs to play along to which could possibly help me with chord changes

I'd need more info. If your dealing with mechanical stuff, and it seems like you are, musical "exercises" are probably what's needed. One chord per beat, really slow.

Let us know what you're doing so far.

Jamey Aebersold has several play-alongs devoted to this, with strings of similar progressions rotating through keys by fourths or fifths.
