Can anyone help me find a mixer that has a pair of pre-fader aux sends which I can then use for a completely independent stereo submix?

Mackie 1604...or pretty much anything of that ilk should have it. Might be hard to find in a smaller form factor mixer though.

    Cheers

Thanks. What's the diff between the 1604 and the 1642?

    Honestly, I don't know....it's been 10 years since I used a Mackie. I would guess that it's different subgrouping/bussing...but I'm just guessing.

Their website should be helpful (www.mackie.com).

    Cheers

Allen & Heath Mixwiz. Same price as a 1604, and eats the Mackie for lunch.

    6 dedicated Aux Sends, 4 are Pre-fader.
