DiMarzio and Seymour Duncan do loaded pickguards.

Your local shop? If you don't have a local shop, any competent shop will be able to make exactly what you need and drop it in a box with a stamp. It doesn't look like Duncan or Dimarzio have single humbucker guards.

eBay can be a decent place to go. There are sellers on there that have been doing them for a long time and have built up solid reputations.

Sigler Music 920D loaded pickguards is my first thought. I'm not sure if they have single HB ones stocked, but they can put one together for you.

We don't make any single humbucker-wired pickguards, but that is a good idea!

I've used 920D and Dragonfire,both with good results. Almost positive Dragonfire sells a single HB model, not sure about 920D.

So why single humbucker? Why not go for HH and use one or the other as you choose? If you want the easiest way to go take a look at this one from GC. I just installed one on my Strat. No solder, completely plug and play. Comes in black or white.
