This is a lovely 2005 Gibson SG Classic that's in excellent condition. It's a lovely player, sounds great, and balances perfectly on a strap, which is not something that every SG does! It's got great tuning stability, a lovely big neck, and that killer P90 tone. This one is a normal gloss finish, not one of the later "faded" models. These are often noted as being some of the best SGs from the non-CS line, and in 2005 the QC was really top-notch. This is a great guitar.

As far as condition goes, there's a little bit of buckle worming on the back, though it's really only visible when held up to a light source. Otherwise, I'd rate it an excellent/excellent+ condition. Frets are in great shape, and have binding nibs. Neck is pretty big, like a sizable 50s Gibson neck. P90s are great and balance well -- full, thick P90 tones, and suprisingly minimal noise.

The only non-original parts that I'm aware of are the tuners -- these were changed out to green key tuners by the previous owner; these tuners work significantly better than the lousy white butterbean tuners that are stock on these guitars. Guitar includes a CNB brown hardshell case.

$700 shipped and Paypal'ed in the CONUS. Will now consider trades for lightweight Les Paul copies (like Edwards E-LP series, for example)
