Does anyone have a copy of Pro Tools Free, which has been discontinued, that you would be willing to share with me? Thanks, please PM or email me at gil_ayan"at"yahoo.com

    Thanks.

Thanks for the reply. PC, but I believe PT Free doesn't work with Windows XP anyway. :(

Yea I remeber wanting to put it on a computer so I could mix without my 002 plugged in. It only works on a really old version of windows which is wierd.

PT Free was the most crippled crappy software ever. Don't even waste your time. Download Reaper instead and you will actually get something done. FWIW, I own 2 PT systems.

well if you have the proper interface for PT and you know how to use the recording software, go for it. I find it to be a nice program and it's a standard.

I use Cakewalk Sonar 6 Producer myself but have tried Reaper and found Reaper is just as good as any other software for home recording use.
