Problem with my new Seymour Duncan pick ups..

My brother installed my pups on my Epiphone Dot. The problem is on the pick ups, there's a clip on each side for the screws to go through with the spring. Well on one pick up, both holes are drilled through, and on the bridge pickup, one side is has the hole drilled through.. The second one has the hole indented, but they forgot to drill it... Its a threaded hole.

What would you do. I got these on Christmas, so i doubt the place i bought them from would take them back.

Do yourself a favor before flipping out.
Stick a pencil or something in that indent and see if it's just wax you can push put.
Iv'e had calls from multiple friends changing pickups on that.
They just went fast and didn't realize the wax potting fouled the hole.
Screw will push it through.
