PRS announces 6 new SE models

    those look cool. A mira would be a cool addition

    I have an S2 Mira... One of the better playing guitars I have owned. I'm not sure where the S2 Mira will fit in here after the SE comes out. Its already a bare bones guitar. Will the SE replace it?
    Mines been on Reverb for weeks no bites at a pretty fair price too.

    I like that PRS is now expanding their import SE line significantly with alot more of their interesting models from the USA line. I am interested to try that Hollowbody. It looks really good. It’s a good thing that they are making some of these guitars a bit more attainable for the guitar buyer who can’t afford thousands of dollars.

    WOW! I wonder how much they are. Always wanted an HB but so out of my price range. I love all these guitars lol. Looks like more SE's on the way.

    The S2 Mira and S2 Starla were dropped at the end of 2018; I guess this is just PRS's continued taking them downscale/making them more affordable - they were what would become "Core" originally, then they went to S2, and now SE.

    I wouldn't mind trying the Hollowbody II. No interest in the others though.

    those HBs look really cool, I need to check one out.
    in the clips, the maple top sounds better to me - more open and clear.
    but this impression might change in person ...
    I would be happy to trade the birds against bigger frets though !
    anyway, a pleasant surprise, it seems !

    Ridiculous!!! I will be powerless against the first used Starla that comes along.

    The small frets on SE’s are the only place S2’s have an advantage IMO. It’d almost be cost effective to buy one of these SE’s and factor in a refret.

    I would pay a few hundred more for an HBII with the piezo system.

    ETA: I'm also bummed that the SEs are going to muck up my Reverb feed. A very first-world problem to be certain

    Been waiting for a more affordable hollowbody II for a LONG time. Absolutely they’re gettin my money.

    Most expensive, the HBII preorder is $1150 with hardcase. Pretty amazing pricing. Rest are under $1k.
