I just did a setup on my new (to me) 2008 Fender Classic Series '72 Telecaster Thinline, using a neck relief of .010" and an action of 4/64" across all 6 strings.
After adjusting the saddles, I noticed that they were all adjusted to the upper limits on the saddle screws (that is, there was little/no wiggle room to adjust the saddle further upward).
To gain some wiggle room, I released all the tension on the Micro-Tilt set screw (turning counter-clockwise); however, I didn't gain anything.
Am I doing something wrong? How can I get more upward mobility on my saddles?
Thanks, guys.
