I know, I know, he uses too much reverb. And I know its probably not done with a regular rack reverb unit.

    But what I'd like is

    • A reverb that can fit in one rackspace and run into a clean amplifier with distortion pedals in front of it (clean Hiwatt type amp)
    • Preferably something tweakable (Hall, Room, etc.)
    • It needs to have an external footswitch jack so I can control it with my GigRig G2
    • Not expensive
    • Able to get me something in that vein of the Malmsteen Reverb tone
    Any suggestions?

Lexicon MPX-1 comes to mind. Switch for -10/+4 on the input, room/hall/plate/ambience algos, TRS switch input for external control, about $200 used.

Yeah i mirror the MPX-1, it has great sounds. But i run mine into a mixer because i feel like it craps up my preamp tones.
