Can beat the **** out of any other metal band in existence...

The New German Hardness:

Ich Will...A wonderful condemnation of corruption, media sensationalism, terrorism, and violence:

Amerika, a tale of imperialism:

Move over Brian Wilson (Is that a White Falcon?):

Talk about roadies....phukkin' HOT! Keine Lust:

For the gym rats, "Mann Gegen Mann":

"Beinzin" An ode to petroleum, firefighters and smokers oughta dig it:

They always felt like if KMFDM and Godflesh had a baby that wasn't very good at its instruments. I do love the cue of their self-titled track in Lost Highway though...

Yeah, great band, I love them too. I remember working a festival show where I was a runner for the Foo Fighters (well, for their personal chef mostly, but that's another story), and guess what they were listening to backstage before going on. Yep, Rammstein!

Riese Reise is still in regular rotation on my playlist.

Love Moskau..

As crappy as you are all saying, they do create just a wee bit of passion in some people. I am sure your story would be a tad different if you were involved.
EDIT: Or if you had to keep up/compete..

Okay, okay, I am sure that their version of "Mustang Sally" might leave a bit to be desired..

Their live shows are UNBELIEVABLE. Music is energetic, not totally over the top technically, but it will hit you like a sledge hammer.
Great band, great production.

I like the idea of Rammstein, I just don't like the band no matter how hard I try. As far as "beat the **** out of any other metal band in existence", to each his own I guess. I could rattle off 100 bands in my sleep that I think are better. More than that while I'm awake.

Great band! It's rare catching them on tour around here though. I like getting their lyrics translated because they have a good sense of humor.

I don't listen to this kind of music often but I liked what I heard in small doses. They have a sense of humor which really helps in metal. I love that they have a nerd in the band. From what I can gather from translation I like their lyrics and tend to agree with their point of view. They're funny - especially the Keine Lust video. I actually like that track and could listen to the whole thing.

I appreciate opting out of the guitar-solo-in-every-song cliche, and the keys really add a refreshing texture. Their songs tend to have a formulaic structure but if you like their music it won't bother you. I kind of like these guys. Thanks for giving me a chance to hear them.

The German metal bands on most guitar players minds these days would be Accept and Kreator, undergoing a triumphant US tour at the moment. Rammstein is like a super clever Marilyn Manson shtick act, but shtick it anywhere and it still shticks.

Lame. One step below Green Day. They look like KISS on stage. Pyrotechnics and costumes is not music.
