Randall LBX412 buy it or leave it?

I can get a Randall LBX412 for a good deal...
Seems to be in a great condition,but I don't know anything about the cabinet construction...it says "made in PRC"...
Is it equal to a marshall(birch) or is it cheaper...
It has the Celestion Lynchbabks...

My amp is a 5151II...
