I am contemplating an RC Booster to go with my ZenDrive/Working Dog setup.

Everyone I have hever seen using the RC Booster say they leave it on because it enhances their cleans as well.

Considering this setup, would it work best between the Guitar and the OD?? or between the OD and the Amp???

I also sometimes use the Zen in tandem with my Keeley TS.

I use my RC Boost as the last pedal in the chain before going to the amp.

I use mine last too, but purely as a volume lift. I don't leave it on as a buffer.

Before the Zendrive would add some nice saturation but not as much volume increase.

The RC is a versatile pedal for sure.

Last before the amp. I use it as a boost when needed although I am tempted to leave it on all the time (but then I would need another boost).

Last. I leave it on most of the time to add lows.

    My .02,

I run my RC after my compressor, but before my ODs (Zen and Timmy). While I like the RC and Timmy in combination, I generally don't run the RC and Zen together. I find the Zen is more articulate running solo and muddies up a bit when stacked (the Timmy, on the other hand, can take whatever you throw at it). I like all three pedals but I think their voices are more unique when run seperately. I play a Tele into a Bassman and generally prefer lo-gain sounds. Perhaps that's why I'm not into stacking.

Guess I'm in a minority here. The boosts I use are before my pedals 'cause they're built into my Strat. A Demeter midboost and Alembic Blaster for clean boost (it adds a little bit to the high end too, which is a good thing in tandem with the midboost). They sound great boosting my amp, Zendrive or Demeter Fuzz in any combination, for clean volume boost, fat midboost, or pushing either pedal into various shades of overdrive/distortion/fuzz. I like to have the ability to control things from the guitar.
    Try it you'll like it,
    Rick

I usually use my RC first and run it into another O/D for heavier gain.

It could work just as well the other way round though.
