    User or new?

Are they tested? IF they aren't matched, how far off are they?

I would want to know the test results on each tube matched or not. I have an office full of these that are bad that we break down to reverse engineer. If they are shot they have little value.

    They aren't 12 years old.

Any history? You'd then need to get your amp rebiased. So you'd be wasting that $$ also if even one of the tubes is lame.

Sounds too risky without more info.

IMHO nos tubes can be a crapshoot. I have 2 sets of RCA 6L6 Blackplates perfectly matched, they truly deserve there reputation. Got mine from Mike at KCA many years ago. IMHO worth the extra money to get quality, there is a lot of nos junk out there. A good set will give you many many years of tonal bliss.Good Luck!
