Can anyone recommend a quiet eq unit for use in a serial loop? Doesn't need to have a ton of control, mostly looking for bass/mid/treble. Can be rack or pedal.

    Thanks

I'm running a dbx 231, it's a dual 31 band EQ for around 2 benjis. I'm also running a GCX audio switcher so I can have one channel on the EQ for my clean tones, and one for my dirt tones.

Tonejam modded GE7 is a winner.

I use one of the old Rockman EQ's in one of my loops.

Got a cheapass dano f&c that's served me well, lo these past few years. Great bang-for-buck.

MXR 6-band or the MXR 10-band EQ pedals - best ones available ;)

depends on the loop, as some don't like guitar-level effects, and others don't like line-level effects.
