I think it's great 12 fret, smaller body guitars, especially with cutaways, are getting made like this.

Yes! I saw Chris Smither recently with a 12 fret 000 Collings w/ cutaway and thought "What a great idea!". Likewise with some of the new National 12 fret-cutaways I have seen.

I will be interested to check this RK out.

You have to figure these guitars, and I mean the high value/low price imports are so far ahead quality wise of the early 20th century catalog guitars, that we'll be saying lots of them floating around in 30 or 40 years in playable condition. I still like my "nice" guitars, but as all old people say "You kids have it so easy these days".

Yup and I dig the features, particularly the long scale on the "O" size, should drive that top nicely.
