I am getting an amazingly huge tone from my rectoverb with my solo boost on. I was wondering if I were to use the solo boost as part of my normal tone, would it make the amp run hotter than normal, and in turn lessen the life of my tubes? Would it do any kind of damage to my amp if I keep it on through my entire set?

I mean, if your amp is running louder, it IS working harder so the tubes might have slightly shortened life, but bad tubes are a quick and easy fix that you can do yourself since Mesas require no maintenance in replacing tubes. That said, it would not damage the amp. Especially a rectoverb. Mesa amps are very well made.
