I have a Gibson ES137 with gold hardware. Some tarnish has built up on the bridge and pickups. Does anyone know a good product or method of removing this?

Word to the Wise...anything that will remove the tarnish will unfortunately also remove the thin Gold plating. A ball of cotton and plain old Windex are the safest for Gold plated stuff.

Gold plating on guitar hardware is kinda like raking leaves on a windy day.

Just never seems to work.

Thanks for the replies. Yeah I've never had much luck with removing tarnish. I just didn't want to use something that will damage the guitar.
