I'm thinking about going with the RS Analog Delay, but was hoping it could be powered by the Pedal Power 2+. Can anyone confirm?

I power mine with a pp2 so I will say yes a pp2+ will be just fine. Great delay by the way.

I use a One Spot with up to eight pedals and have had no problems, even running two R-S delays in the chain.

I run one on a PP2. Works fine. It's just 9V in on a standard Boss type tap.

Works great for me - BTW, the RS Delay doesn't get nearly enough press around here IMO.
