Wow he looks like Marc Ford with the added weight and beard. Creepy.

    Love those clips. Thanks.

Very cool! Is he playing through an Epi Valve amp?

Is it just my preferences or is his tone just way too dark? I totally dig his swampy rocking stylings and the band sounds great...just not overly found of such a dark tone. It's ok, I still love you Rich.

Nice coffee break! Steve Molitz on keys....great player!

Edit: I just saw the MXR Dynacomp on the floor. The ONLY pedal on the floor. Very cool, Rich.

Being in that small of a room so early in the morning - I doubt that Rich was worried too much about dialing in his sound. Trust me - on the big stage with his full rig, he's got some of the best R n R tone ever produced. Ever.

That's not his rig. Npo wonder his tone isn't happening. I don't know the details of this Bing Lounge thingy, but it looks like the only thing that is part of his usual rig are the guitars and the Fulltone TTE. The footswitch for the TTE is built into his pedalboard, I think, and that's absent as well. That's not even the keyboard that Steve usually plays.
    :huh

    I think bluetrane is right...

what you're hearing is a $200 Epiphone Blues Custom.

kind of a weird choice, but hey, why not?

Rich's voice sounds a tad bit like Vedder.

Really love it, but I'm not hearing much of the TTE. Is it on?

Sometimes I think touring pros make gear choices just to screw with other musician's heads...
