    That sucks. Never knew he won so many awards for film and music. Love some of their music. So many good songs that got pushed out by that Stacy's Mom single.

    Oh my gosh. I am a huge fan. I had seen he was ill with Covid19, but my god.

    A truly brilliant pop songwriter. FoW songs were like little Raymond Carver short stories of hope, desperation and longing.

    One of my favorite writers. Wrote some great music for kids shows too. I remember watching this with my boys when they were little, I knew it was him as soon as I heard it.

    RIP. That Thing You Do might have been the first song I ever wanted to learn, never actually did though.
