    my mate wants one,whats the best place to get one,trustworthy from japan? how are they as guitars in general?? good deal??

    Ishibashi is the best place to get one (that's where I got mine), but they are not shipping to the US anymore. They do show up on Ebay and I believe the sellers are very reputable.

    It is a ripping Tele and a ton of fun to play. The Dimarzio's are hot and it screams. It also has a big fat neck, 12 radius, if my memory serves me right.

    A friend of mine owns the sea foam green version, and it's one of the nicest playing and sounding Tele's I've ever played. I'd have one in a heart beat if they still shipped to the USA.

    I've been lusting for one for quite some time!

    They go for really cheap though, I believe you could probably get one new for about a grand.

    When Ishibashi was selling to the US, I purchased from them 4 times and never incurred import or duty fees. Shipped very quickly (2 days) via EMS and cost about $120.

    Guitar price + shipping and that was it.

    I also have the Kotzen Strat and it is equally impressive.

    This seems like a model that would do well in the US. I wonder why they don't make it for domestic purchase?

    I just sold one of the Strat models on here a few months back, truly a superized strat, very cool guitars.
