    Good job Moe! One of my fave backings! You done good bro.... Nice feel and phrases. I like to hit some of the "color" notes over that A7alt that follows thw D-7. It is such a nice change! :D

    Sorry to revive the "dead" thread, but I just saw this thread and was inspired your guys' playing (e.g. of many, scott l).

    So I pulled out my GNX4, turned it on the "Eric J" setting just for fun practice ... but recorded practice "just in case." On the third practice run I got wildly luckily (relative to my own ability or lack thereof) ... and landed a keeper.

    Even a blind squirrel gets a nut sometimes (maybe) or I'm not objective like I usually am.

    Anyway, here's my "take."

    I need to get back to learning the music theory stuff (I'm an idiot there and am forcing myself to get started despite the total frustration) so I can understand what the heck you guys are talking about and hopefully improve my playing.
