Running Mad Prof SHOD at more than std 9 volts?

    It says on the Mad Professor website you can run the pedal at various voltages from 9 to 18 volts. Has anyone found the pedal sounds different at higher than std 9 volts? Thanks!

    I tried mine at 18v, it had more headroom, lost a bit of compression.
    But it also lost it's "warmth" that I had at 9v.
    Wasn't worth the extra headroom for the change in feel from 9 to 18.
