Man I love this software. It is still a little kludgey (I can't figure out if I'm saving my tweaking changes or not?) but it is easy to use as a plug in and performs well. The Marshall tones have the grit but are not uber-grainy which I dig a lot - this will tide my over until the KPA arrives.
Quick clip, flac availabe if you want:

    Sounds pretty damn good Greg!

Might have to pony up for the S-gear.

Sounds great. S-gear is *really* good, especially for the price.

I love S-Gear. I put this short clip together while testing a new pickup (Pearly Gates) in the bridge position of an Ibanez Artcore AGS83BBG.

Sorry the volume is a bit low. I need to re-do it, but you get this gist.

P.S. Your clip kills, Gasp. Really great tone!

    EDIT: volume should be better

I've mainly been using the 'D' style amp tones in S-Gear, but I am discovering some great sonic territory with the Marshall amp as well.

A member on the Scuffham forums (flyingkiwi69) posted an AC-DC preset on there so I downloaded it and gave it a shot over a backing track I had...

That clip kills. I need to revisit the S-Gear plug in. It didn't sound like that when I played it!
