    OK.
So if it was not enough that my Asher Model T showed up today...

I received my long awaited Saul Koll 12 String baritone tuned to Open Bm.

This guitar besides being beautiful is a Soundtrack machine. It does what I already do but it does it in Open Bm with 12 strings... yikes...
I cannot describe the tone so I am just going to do demos when I get back from my honeymoon on the 28th.

Saul and I have been friends for years and I have played MANY wonderful Koll guitars.. but this one is breathtaking..

I nearly cried when I opened the case. I can't wait for you guys to hear this.

I ran this through the Gjika Stereo single ended rig along with the Bludotone washed in verb and delay... .

    WOW ... that's all I can say.

I have seen FB pictures of it. It is like long and purdy and complicated but graceful. You are a lucky or well deserving man. Or both! I have a little something coming in a while too from the Kollmine.

Cool Lance! I want a Koll Baritone ever since I saw that sparkle one Saul did 3-4 years ago. I was already to order one and Saul stopped taken orders... Maybe it is time to revisit the idea of a custom Baritone from him.

In the meantime enjoy the new Koll and congrats on your new marriage and have a great time on your honeymoon.

That is very sweet. The best sound I ever heard from a guitar live was a 12 string baritone acoustic. Can't wait for the sound clips of that electric I am sure it is gonna sound amazing.

What is the scale length on that thing?

Leo Kottke played the 12 string with a slide. I can imagine that sounds really big on the electric.
