    Made you think what?

And I think they should swap Freddie Mercury with Whitney Houston. Would make more sense.

It made me think that Freddie died 18 years before even Michael Jackson did, so since Aretha is still around, Whitney Houston would have been a better choice.

The "King" should have been Elvis Presley. MJ tried to promote himself as "the King of Pop" but it didn't really work.

It's got me thinking that calling someone a queen who isn't a performing drag queen isn't cool.

    I disagree, again:

    Denmark
    Thailand
    Belgium
    Bahrain
    Cambodia
    Bhutan
    Luxembourg
    Malaysia
    Nederlands
    Oman
    Qatar
    Sweden

All these countries have queens, and there are more.

No, it didn't. Nobody really cared. MJ calling himself "the King of Pop" was widely regarded as just kind of lame and not really necessary. His talent spoke for itself.

I always thought he was considered that. I think my generation missed what you're talking about and just considered him the king of pop. So in the end, it seems it might have paid off.

Even a guy who was openly gay and the lead singer of a band that is actually called Queen? C'mon man, lighten up.
