    That was my guitar to Maverick through my pal in Cleveland who begged me for it. My pal claims he used Matte's name...who knows. At least it wasn't Florence Henderson.

    Maverick posted a similar boo boo last year that involved me...
    Chirs Hoffschnieder made me a custom Firebird which I still have.
    Chris made one more and sold it to some other person who sold theirs to Maverick and told them it was mine...
    Chris called me all upset thinking I had off-d this guitar that was a gift from him..
    Matte, Scott is a nice first name. Are you gonna stick with that?

    If Scott converted a '53, would he have moved the logo as part of the process?

    yes, that's usually a part of the process that Scott does when converting a guitar.
