Scouring for a Pick ?

Criteria:
Looking for an oversized *Fender pick. (*shape important)
Looking for a pick similar to metal stiffness, but a plastic type as this as possible.
(looking for flex & snap)

Anywho...for stiffness with snap, look into Ultex picks.

Dunlop and Clayton make them...I greatly prefer Dunlops offerings in Ultex over Claytons. Something about the sound of the Claytons is lacking.


If you really meant scouring, I'd use 0000 steel wool or maybe 400 grit sandpaper.

Right to the Ladies department with you "oversized" TGP'rs

Well, not quite as big as those lol. Perhaps larger-than Fender stock would have been a better description. Yes, Fender shaped, but taller from the point to the head; up to a ¼".
(e.g. I compared a Fender Medium over a Dunlop Elliptical and it looked like roughly a sixteenth.)

Correction: Description should have read "thin" as possible.
