Sexy Tuxedo Tele

    I just love this sexy Tuxedo Tele, black, single bound body, maple neck, and that Cowboy pearloid pickguard--Wow! Makes me weak in the knees.

    That one got away, I was too late on the draw. Anyone ever see one like it?

    Not a combination you see everyday.

    If I remember correctly, This one was a Masterbuilt made for Greg Allman & Cher's son. The builder made two of them. The other one went to Richie Sambora and that's the one pictured above. I saw it for sale about 6-8 months ago, but just missed it.

    I did see one here in the recent "Japan trip" thread hanging on that big wall of guitars.

    I may have to go to Japan to find one...

    It sold for $6000, celebrity owned instrument price.

    I had this fernandes one for a little while. It wasnt mine though, so I had to give it back. When I got it, there were no electronics in it, so I put an antiquity bridge pickup in it, and an esquire blackguard.[​IMG]

    Well, head on down to your favorite Fender Custom Shop dealer and order your self one. Get your own spec Tuxedo!
