Wonder what their expression would be if the helicopter engine started to sputter?
^ I think they are on an oil rig.
Anyone want to hop in for a quick swim? No?
If you look real close you'll see lots of black spots, each one is a shark. This was Perdido Key last summer, the beaches were closed for several days. This is about 15 miles from my house. And it wouldn't surprise me if that other video was shot from an oil platform in this area of the Gulf of Mexico.
An old friend of mine used to sail single-handed across the Atlantic. He told me a story about one trip, in the deep ocean, it was extremely unusually calm, it was hot, he considered taking a swim...he tied a line to himself and as he was doing this a dorsal fin broke water...he changed his mind. Not much food out there, sharks are hungry.
Sharks make me angry.
I saw something like that flying over Baja. Hammerhead sharks as far as the eye could see.
What kind of sharks are those in the video? If they're blue sharks, I wouldn't worry about it, but if they're bull sharks, I wouldn't go near that water.
I'm pretty sure they're hammerheads. Unlike most sharks, hammerheads usually swim in schools during the day, becoming solitary hunters at night.
If the sharks aren't jumping, I'm not interested.
Only 100 days until Shark Week!
As a hockey fan from San Jose I'm not impressed with anything Shark related atm.....lol
Sorry, I'm just upset at my team. Carry on
Those are Bull sharks in the Perdido picture. They never figured out what brought them in like that, but speculated they were mating.
Nope nope nope nope nope nope nope...
Don't you mean if someone isn't jumping the shark?
That's what I thought. Did you know those suckers can survive and hunt in freshwater?
Whoa! Hammerhead sharks were flying over Baja? Dude.
Damn those shrooms!
Just a sharknado, dude...
Wouldn't it be ironic if that video showed Katy Perry swimming there?
Naah, it would be cool if it had Taylor Swift swimming there and she wrote a song called "I'm Leaving You Sharkey" that was playing in the background.
