Thought it might be time to start a new Acoustic pedalboard thread for 2020.
All the older ones are littered with missing or stamped Photobucket pics.
We know not everyone is into acoustic guitar pedalboards (this thread is for people who are).
So please don't post pics of just the empty floor or just your tuner, we've all seen it before.:)

This is my current setup. Built into a DAP Audio D7403 lighting mixer case.

But I think I'm gonna break that one down, and put something like this together in the same case.

So post your acoustic pedalboard plans, pics or signal chain for 2020.
    :)

Pssst, you know what also works, and realllly well!?? ...the wife's eyeliner pencil! Yeah, awesome! Fine tip, dark line, and easy to rub off if I change a setting. Keep that on the down low now, gents! :D

Putting together my first acoustic board. What is your signal path? Don’t know much about the LR Baggs. I have a Fishman Platinum EQ and Taylor ES2. But also, have a Blue Boy Deluxe. Thanks.

That is bloody brilliant! When I go to the cosmetic supply store and ask the girl for eyeliner pencil, she’ll just think I’m in a glam band.

I've not met a single person who owns a BB Deluxe ...cool!
Signal path is simple really: OD, X4, RV6, HOF, into the front of the Venue.

FWIW, I tried it in the loop and gained nothing so decided to keep it simpler. I was curious about that and called Baggs to get their take. The tech I spoke to said the fx loop is more for folks with passive pups, so that weaker signal needs to go straight into the Venue first. But with Taylor's ES and most other active system, the onboard preamp is often plenty hot enough to drive through pedals without issue. He said use whichever method sounds better. I'm confident that your Fishman Plat, pedals, and ES2 should work likewise :)

into Fender Acoustisonic SFX then into PA

i've bought and returned multiple newer acoustic pedals and none have even come close to giving me the tone and feel of the old Zoom A2.1. The compressor is fantastic. I've had 2 of them, and always on the look for backups. Killer unit for playing acoustic lead in ensemble.

here's a live acoustic duo recording from a couple years back

I've got two BB Deluxes! Big and small. Really able to fatten/thicken up every guitar!! Can't wait to try it in front. Not sure why I wanted to put reverb/delay after the Platinum EQ instead of in front (I haven't done either yet but in my mind's eye for planning was thinking after). Will try both.

    Thanks!!
