    Hi Joe,

    Thank you so much!

That was recorded in 1996. Analog 24 tracks, no overdubs except horns
& organ. We played it same time. That was a first take. I don't like my solo
but that was it. I wanted to capture the band sound so it's simple set up.

    SRV strat,
    1967 Pro Reverb
    1964 Vibrolux Reverb

We all played in same room.

OD tone is my Klon #16. That recording session... I only used my
klon, Vox wah and Uni-vibe(other tune)

PS, You asked about BB preamp somewhere... I answered your question.
    Check it out. (CJOD thread?)

Great tone. First thing that came to mind was an announcer introducing tonights guests with G.E.Smith and the Saturday Night Live band. Good stuff..:AOK

    Thank you so much!

You liked "Song for Samantha. These are from my "Put on your funk face " CD.

24 analog tape, no overdub (except horns and organ), it was very simple
recording, we all played in same room.

I use SRV start , 67' Pro Reverb and 64" Vibrolux Reverb, Klon#16.

    Hi John,

    How are you?

I love blues! It's all about feeling, touch... and tone.
No need to think scales, theory...... I like that.

    Thanks,

    Tomo

Thank you so much! It's interesting ... you are saying about SNL.

I was one of top 10 finalist for that gig. 8 years ago... It was very cool to
receive phone call from Lenny Pickett... I was touring in Japan. My wife called me.... "Do you now who is Lenny Pickett? You have an audition in NY!"

I almost did forget about that. Thanks.

Thanks for listening. Do you like strats or others?

Couldn't find your VT-50 sound clips. Do you have?
