I got my LDW today... I gotta say, it's the best MV amp i've ever had, and i've had a bunch. More later. But, it looks like it really, REALLY likes the Scumback M75/G12H30 combo.....

And, these are NOT loud amps folks. I've been playing mine about 1oclock on the volume, and about 11-12 oclock on the master. But, the presence of these amps, make it SEEM like volume. But, it's really just tone filling the space your hearing.... Not volume. But fat, thick, in your face tone.

And the loop is awesome. And, like Mlongano's LDW.. Dead quiet..

    More later.. Maybe soundclips!!!

    Joe

Studio8000, is that an old Marshall straight cab under that head, or is that Fred's new 4x12? I mean, I could ride down the hill about 3/4 mile and see for myself, I guess, but I'm curious...and lazy...

So, which is which, if you don't mind telling me...

it's actually a Mojotone 4x12 that i've had for several years loaded with some blackbacks. but you could come on over anytime with *other speakers* if you wanted... heh heh....

Ahh, yes, an old Mojotone cab...didn't think I saw one like that last time I visited Fred. Where are you located, S8000?

Then I should just load up the Explorer with two or three cabs and head on over...right?
