I've never had to file a claim through Pay Pal, but people say they are very good about resolving problems.

Sort of wish it was available on some more well known sites. I'll probably just wait for one here or reverb.

Thanks for that info. I just got one off Reverb for the same price 180CAD/137USD. It was only listed for about 15 minutes..
I'm in San Francisco so it was about two week wait time from Canada when I bought a Tone City pedal.
