    Got a Favorite???

Only 1 Rule. Your choice must play guitar, sing and also write the majority of their own tunes.

Who is your ultimate favorite? Past or Present? Don't need to be both. But both is OK.

    For me,

    Past: Lowell George
    Present: Warren Haynes

Highly under rated on all three counts IMO.

    Top of my list, too.

In the Rock Star category, Neil Young

Joni Mitchell and Bruce Cockburn are both great instrumentalists and brilliant writers.

And for someone relatively young, eccentric, and not yet famous, Alasdair Roberts is well worth checking out, especially if you like these four better-known artists.
