Our drummer sings lead. His drums are set up front and center. He's a great frontman:

Don't forget that young man from Mastodon. A cherubic voice sings...

I also think of Cowboy Mouth. That dude can front a band.

    Kelly Keagy from Night Ranger.

Added points because he sets up his drums sideways stage left so you can see him sing.

    And Gil Moore from Triumph.

For me, no one will probably ever touch Levon in this category...he just oozed soul and was so musical as a vocalist and as a drummer.

I like the mention of Brann Dailor because that guy is clearly playing some really hard stuff while singing.

A good friend of mine locally is a great singing drummer. He isn't necessarily the best at either, but together he is very musical and energetic and it works great. It is surprising how few singing drummers you see out in the gigging world.

Not that I particularly know a lot of drummers, but those I do have nothing but praise for her chops.

Her singing skills are obvious to me, if not exactly my taste.

This. He handled both easily. Love seeing him sing and play drums in The Last Waltz, he set his drums up front so he could see the other guys he would sing harmony with....
