I remember seeing one of these on E-Bay about 8 months ago or so. Stop tail, single P-90 Les Paul. It was a custom shop model. This is not a junior, but a regular arch top LP Standard.

I have not been able to find anything about these, or find another. Anyone know about these? I really loved that guitar.

There was a Tone Quest Report interview with Billy Gibbons and a photo of such a beast was included. Also, Dave's Guitar had one. Call them up!

Yeah, I have seen Billy playing one. Should have gotten it when I saw it. They are probably super rare.

I've got one, it's a great guitar. I've heard numbers from 30 to 100 made, but I've never been able to verify that.

I've heard way more than 100 but I don't know if it's true...

They are often refered to as Lesquires. I had a shot at one a few years back and passed, wish I hadn't!

I've seen pics, looks cool. No pickguard as I recall. Definitely was a fairly small limited edition. Maybe four years ago?

Mine came with a pickguard. Others may not have. Info about these is really sketchy.

Oh, dear. I have a personal dislike of Bigsbys that borders on being pathological. My best friend thinks they're mankinds greatest invention.

Wow! That is a beautiful guitar! I wonder how much they went for!?! I'd love something like that. I'm not a big fan of LPs, but if I were to get one, it would either be the R4 GT or a Junior. This is a perfect combination of the two!

Looks more like a walking stick or a "rain stick" - where they little bits of stuff in them that make them sound like rain when you turn them over...

    I love that guitar...

I had one - like an idiot sold it. Mine was 7.2 or 7.4 lbs, just a beauty to play...I don't remember having a pickguard on mine

Well at least I got the goldtop part right. I probably saw pics of one or two that the owners took off the pickguard. And as far as the time, I'm a little hazy about anything before lunch today...

But it is cool, I got that right too!
