1. The Gear Page is run by musicians for musicians. We listen, we learn and if we misstep we are not afraid to do the right thing. We proposed some changes to the Emporiums. Based on feedback from members, we have decided to not go ahead with those changes. However, it has also highlighted that we need some community input into what is working and what is not working for members here. Primarily focused on the Emporiums, we'd like input on your thoughts about TGP and how things work in the Emporiums for you and how you'd improve them. The discussion thread on the is here!

Everyone had a blow thru this a few months ago without vocals-which was fun-now heres my version-my millenium version!

(I started working on this tune-figuring it out well over 5 years ago-even tho I sort of knew it in the 70s-i just finally whipped up a mix with vocs-
its one of Little Feats more quirkier funk tunes for sure!).

    Thanks

& Happy Canada Day & Independence Day!

    Lets hear it for PEACE!

good to see ya guys-been awhile-after the crashes-I forgot to get over for awhile...

the guitar parts -the rthm was done into an amp + TC chorus--years
ago-not the greatest sound-but fits-the lead i did a few yeras later into
POD-just really recording learning the solo-i normally do the solo without slide now-cuz its in A maj. tuning-and the guitar gets screwy unless its set up for it.

    its a 60s strat[whats left of it!]-with Harmonic Design pu's.
    just loops/programming in Logic Audio.

    thanks for the listens!

    John,

Sorry I took so long to respond as I've been in Germany. I swear Lowell would be mighty proud. Great arrangement and playing.... as always

Great tune and a super job on the mix! Ya know one of the things I like about what you did with this tune is kept it from sounding dated. This is worthy of airplay today! Please take that as a compliment.
