Skreddy Lunar Module...but less gain?

Are there any pedals that are similar to the Lunar Module in versatility and sound, but less gain? I'm looking for a low-medium OD with a more modern sound (so not a vintage TS sound). Would the Skreddy Screwdriver work well for that? I know it's supposed to be pretty good for low-gain.

That is exactly what the SD is.

Ditto + ditto...I sold my Lunar Module Deluxe and kept my Screwdriver Deluxe because (ready for heresy?) I thought the Screwdriver was better at what it was designed to do...

I keep hearing that the Screwdriver is more vintage sounding though, or maybe it's just more raw, not as tight as the Lunar Module with it's Body knob versatility. Not looking for a fuzz, but a low-gain OD, so Screwdriver it is?

While I COMPLETELY agree that the SD is what the OP is looking for if he wants a lower gain version of the LM... I also think that the SD is best used as a med-higher gain OD/Dist pedal. It does low gain well, but it's still not a 'low gain' pedal, at least not in the mold of a Sweet Honey/Timmy/Barber LTD/etc...

Either one can do low gain with the range aka pre-gain pot and gain/fuzz pot down low and the sharpness/body all the way up on the Lunar and noonish on the Screw Driver. I could have limited the SD to just low-gain and the LM to just high-gain, but where's the fun in that?

Did not know the Sharpness knob was the same as the Body knob on the LM...now I'm sold!

I like both my LM and SD. The SD is more pick responsive to me for some reason. It may be more psychological than real though.
