Slow Flangers

I would like to find a flanger pedal that is capable of very slow rates. Or maybe I should say very long rate times. That is, a flanger that would take, say 8-10 seconds to complete a whoosh cycle. I have an EHX Deluxe Electric Mistress, and it has great sounds for faster rate flanging, but it's not capable of very slow rates. Is there such an animal out there? Or is that only obtained in expensive studio rack effects?

The slowest one I have is the BYOC Analog flanger. You have to build it, or buy it prebuilt from Axe and You Receive (their partner). The Fulltone ChoralFlange is pretty slow too, but it is out of production. You can probably find it for a good price, as it isn't too popular.

The ADA and HBE Frostbite are the slowest Flanger's that I've ever tried.

Believe it or don't but I recently picked up a cheap plastic Livingstone branded Flanger from Aldi, a discount supermarket here in Australia (and Germany).
Man that thing is the shiznit on bass. Great on guitar too.
Way slow regeneration and just twists along in slow motion almost while you play. Gets real chorusy.
All for the bank-breaking sum of $12!

The ADA and HBE Frostbite are the slowest Flanger's that I've ever tried.

That's been my experience, too. I chose the A/DA for my needs.

According to Moog the Cluster Flux goes from 0.05 Hz to 50 Hz. (I think that's pretty slow.)
