if you had asked me in december of 1970, "who are your two favorite musicians?", i would have said, "eric clapton and van morrison"...i was 15 at the time - sigh

Cringeworthy, really.

Septuagenarian multi-millionaires waxing on about rock and roll and rebellion, from the comfortable life provided by their extreme affluence, with a wink and a nudge that they can show everyone how it’s done—despite the fact that both of them lost the fire decades ago.

haha yeah. I clicked on it last night with much trepidation. Was pleasantly surprised that it was fun and raw. Like Statler and Waldorf after a few beers.

I like it. The lyrics are dumb but it sounds good. It's the best sounding thing Clapton has done with Simon Climie.

What in the world would Eric Clapton know about being a rebel? I know he knows about beer commercials, but that's not the same thing at all.
