+1. 6L6 is an amazing OD pedal - so smooth CLEAN and it does not "dilute" your tone in anyway :dude

Ed was amazingly kind to let me demo his EL34D for a while and although it hasn't been long, I'm already super impressed with this pedal. More details to come as I get more familiar with it. I know it would be tough for folks to part with theirs, but if anyone does I'd love to have a look.

    Hey Todd,

How is your "new" Tubeless pedal working out for you? Curious mind wants to know. :)

    Best,
    Ed

I'd actually say that was a very good price, these usually trade in the $750+ range. That one looked mint!

I just learned about these pedals. Are they still around. Can they still be ordered?

I believe the builder passed away.

Taku Sakashta. Master Luthier from Japan who branched out into pedals and pickups. All were amazing. Robben Ford was most likely his most notable customer. He used his Sakashta guitar for quite a while. Taku Sakashta was sadly killed outside his Rohnert Park workshop in February 2010 during a robbery gone bad. A suspect was arrested a few days later. The pedals, pickups, and guitars that he made prior to his untimely death are still around, but fetch HUGE dollars these days especially in Japan where he was quite revered.

    :(

I finally got one and thought it was overhyped.
