    Perhaps slightly overpriced.

    Agreed.

EJ is a great player, but he's not legend status.

Slightly is an understatement but I am sure someone would snatch it.

EJ is an incredible player and musician, his 57 axe will easily fetch that asking price.

I think we all know who EJ is. I don't think it will "easily fetch that asking price." That price is 2-4x the market for a quality 57 Strat.

Well, you may consider that shipping is way to high!

Yup, $200 for shipping is absurd. I'll bet somebody has the same thing on ebay with free shipping ;-)

The $200 is probably for extra insurance.

Since I bought a Dumble in January, I don't think my wife will let me pull the trigger on this.

Overnight shipping is about $300 bucks. Insurance on a $100k guitar is about $400, and you have to buy it through a musical insurance company. So $700 in total to ship. Of this I am 100% positive.

For a $100k guitar, my expectation is that "shipping" is a seat on the plane next to mine.

This guitar has been for sale for the last few years. I posted the same subject a few years ago. Same price. $100,000

    11% price drop.

    It's now $89k + $200 for shipping.

A fool and his money. :bonk

Funny thing is that someone out there has the money and if they are a huge EJ fan, they'll buy it and not think twice. It's hard for us regular Joes to imagine this but it happens.
